iTeach

Life loves to be taken by the lapel and told: "I'm with you kid. Let's go." ~ Maya Angelou

Teaching second grade for the past seven years has provided me with countless thrills and the stamina to face life as enthusiastically as possible. Implementing technology into my classroom has always been apart of my teaching philosophy. It's especially easy here at Rosa Parks Elementary school. At most times, I am fully aware that I am selling a product no one wants. If technology gets a response then the only question remains, "Why not use technology?"
This blog serves as my STEP portfolio. My three main goals for STEP include:
1. Allowing more students to independently communicate using the technology in the classroom.
2. Acquiring new and interesting skills to keep the classroom attitudes towards technology fresh, never stagnate.
3. Be a light to educators fearful of integrating technology into their daily instruction.
